The Fleet Operator is responsible for the daily operation, monitoring,

and maintenance of the company's vehicles and equipment. This role

involves ensuring the proper use and handling of machinery,

supervising operational activities on-site, and supporting maintenance

and repair tasks. The operator must adhere to safety standards,

optimize equipment usage, and contribute to the efficient execution of

construction or logistical projects. Additionally, the fleet operator

collaborates with supervisors and technicians to ensure smooth

operations, manage stock and consumables, and maintain accurate

records of vehicle and equipment usage.

Manage all vehicles and equipment in our fleet (thermal and

electric equipment, mobile or stationary).

• Monitor the movement, condition, repairs, diagnostics,

maintenance, and troubleshooting of vehicles and equipment

in your presence.

• Supervise operators' driving behavior to preserve the good

condition of vehicles and equipment.

• Take charge of equipment operation in case a qualified local

operator is unavailable.

• Propose and conduct training sessions to improve the

productivity of technicians and operators under your

responsibility.

• Construction sites are a priority, whether day or night,

ensuring rigorous follow-up to achieve the best possible

performance and satisfy our clients.

• Track and control the consumption of spare parts, fuel,

lubricants, and other supplies.

• Manage the stock of parts related to vehicles and equipment.

Anticipate supply needs to minimize prolonged breakdowns.

• Commissions or kickbacks are strictly prohibited within our

company. It is your duty to seek the best prices and quality

suited to the workshop's needs.

• Maintain computerized tracking of daily and monthly

expenses for each vehicle/equipment.

Commit to taking all necessary measures to ensure that all

construction sites operate smoothly simultaneously. To this

end, he must notably:

o Ensure the proper allocation of drivers needed for

each site, based on the requirements and schedules.

o Perform or supervise regular check-ups of

construction vehicles and equipment to guarantee their proper

functioning.

o Coordinate with the relevant teams to anticipate and

resolve any issues that could impact the smooth running of

operations.

• Immediately inform the hierarchy or the concerned department

of any breakdown or failure of machines or equipment, and

monitor the progress of repairs until their resolution

• Maintain a professional behavior in accordance with the

company's code of conduct, respecting your colleagues.
