At Desert Joy, the Junior Labor Manager oversees workforce operations within a 5-hectare greenhouse, working in close coordination with the crop production team.
The role is responsible for organizing and supervising daily work in line with approved planning, ensuring greenhouse labor activities are carried out efficiently while maintaining required quality standards and meeting cost objectives.
The Junior Labor Manager leads the employees assigned to their area of responsibility and operates under the guidance and direction of a Senior Manager.
