Description de l'emploi
- Provide day-to-day Operation support for RTN IT Network and Infrastructure
- Respond and fulfil users’ requests in a timely manner within agreed SLA
- Work closely with other team members to gather and share technical knowledge and escalate to central team and/or 3rd party providers with complex incidents requiring 3rd level support.
- Monitor network and Hosting performance and system availability
- Perform backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Manage DHCP/DNS and Fileserver
- Document infrastructure, architecture and procedures
- Deliver related changes and demand planning for IT network and infrastructure.
- Ensure proactive monitoring for high-available infrastructure to prevent downtime
- Work within ITIL practices and adhere to TISAX / ISO 27001 requirements
Exigences de l'emploi
- Engineer degree in Network design, Information security, Cloud and hosting platform design or similar equivalent
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with network and infrastructure Run & Maintain support
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with root-cause analysis ability
- Mustering TISAX and/or ISO27001 Requirements and ITIL awareness.
- Excellent documentation skills (infrastructure and network drawing tools)
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have
- Cisco and VMware vSAN certifications
- Project management framework awareness ideally certified in one of the standards methodologies PMP, Prince2 or PSM
- ITIL certification Experience with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow
- TISAX / ISO 27001 Implementer certification
- German language skills
