• Support and Mainatin applications with focus to improve user experience and productivity
• Provide day-to-day support for applications landscape, ensuring availability and stability
• Act as technical owner for assigned applications, including transition to Industry 4.0/5.0
• Investigate and resolve issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Translate business needs into functional specs, workflows and process maps
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization and digitalization
• Develop, test and deploy internal applications and digital solutions
• Create and maintain technical, user and process documentation; deliver user training
• Work within ITIL practices and adhere to TISAX / ISO 27001 security standards

• Software Engineer, Master degree in Information Systems, or any similar equivalent.
• Ability to understand a business process, map a workflow, and implement it within Rosenberger Application landscape.
• Solid coding and development skills, with adherence to best practices
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with root-cause analysis ability
• Excellent documentation skills (functional test/validation plans, clear user/process docs)
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have    

• Back-end programming knowledge (Ruby on Rails, Visual Basic, Java, C# or similar)
• ITIL certification Experience with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow
• TISAX / ISO 27001 awareness; Implementer certification welcome
• German language skills
• Expertise in one or more of the following: SAP4HANA, HydraX, ProAlpha7, ServiceNow, SageX, DimoMaint, Boomrang.
