As an Operations & Logistics Officer at AeroNex Logistics, you will be responsible for end-to-end shipment tracking and coordination.

Your main role is to monitor and coordinate logistics operations from pick-up to final delivery, ensuring compliance, punctuality, and high service quality.

You will be in constant communication with carriers, partners, and clients to ensure that each shipment is properly handled and delivered on time.

You will update tracking systems, manage alerts in case of delays or incidents, and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.

 Full-time position, on-site, based in Bizerte – Tunisia

• Good understanding of transport operations and international logistics
• Experience or knowledge in end-to-end shipment tracking
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy and discipline
• Strong communication skills with clients and partners (carriers, agents, etc.)
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, tracking systems, ERP, or logistics platforms)
• Professional level in French and English (written and spoken)
• Reactivity, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle urgent situations
• Experience in transit, freight forwarding, or aviation logistics is a plus
