• Production System Manager

We are a global leader in the automotive industry, as a part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production System Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, your general mission

- Achieve the Gold level for our Production System assessment

- Ensure European reporting

- Implement European best practices

- Deliver training on our Production System standards (target conditions, continuous improvement tools)

- Support the directors in achieving their objectives and KPIs

- Ensure compliance with our Production System Standards

- Ensure the effective execution of project openings and closures, as well as the steering of the roadmap

- Ensure the completion of outstanding suggestions

- Update the production sites’ layout

- Update our Tunisian Branch value stream matrix

- Ensure the deployment of L2L at our Tunisian Branch

Engineer degree & min 5 years in the same job at the automotive sector

Creative,Innovative, Strong analytical skills, Diligent, Autonomous, able to work independently, Well-organized, Excellent interpersonal skills

Fluent English & French
