LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a motivated and ambitious junior profile to join our Recruitment & HR team on-site in a dynamic international automotive environment.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to build real hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, administration, and employee coordination.

Selected candidates will receive direct training with the HR & Recruitment Manager before progressively becoming involved in daily recruitment and HR activities.

Main responsibilities:

• National & international recruitment
•Candidate sourcing & CV screening
• LinkedIn recruiting & talent search
• Pre-selection & interview coordination
• Assisting with onboarding & offboarding procedures
• Preparing and following administrative HR documents
• Supporting employee records and HR documentation management
• Coordinating with employees regarding HR/admin matters
• Assisting with document submissions, signatures, and administrative procedures with authorities
• Working with Odoo CRM and recruitment tools

• CIVP eligible
• Previous exposure to HR or recruitment through internships, training, or first experience
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn is a strong advantage
• Result-oriented and organized mindset
• Fast learner, proactive, and eager to grow
• Immediate availability preferred
• Candidates located near Mghira / Fouchana are preferred

This is a full-time on-site position only.
