About the Opportunity

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment and Sourcing Intern to join our HR team.

This internship offers hands-on training in recruitment and talent acquisition, with exposure to both local and international hiring projects. You will work directly with the Head of HR & Recruitment and gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening, recruitment processes, and recruitment technologies.

Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, motivation, and learning ability may be considered for a CIVP contract upon completion of the internship.

What You Will Learn and Do

• Source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
• Screen CVs and assist with candidate pre-selection
• Support recruitment activities for Tunisia and international projects
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Assist with recruitment administration and reporting
• Learn and use recruitment tools and CRM systems, including Odoo Recruitment
• Participate in various talent acquisition projects and HR activities

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Recently graduated and available to start immediately
• Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing is highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
