Summary

We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Project Manager (Arabic speaking) to lead the implementation, customization, migration, and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions for enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ERP projects, ensuring delivery within technical scope, budget, and agreed timelines while coordinating teams, business stakeholders, and customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate functional consultants, developers, infrastructure engineers, and support teams
• Ensure successful delivery of customizations, integrations, and data migration activities
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Present regular project status updates to management and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience managing ERP implementation projects
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes
• Experience with Odoo ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing multi-company and enterprise-scale projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification considered an asset
• Arabic language skills would be considered a strong advantage
