This is a full-time, on-site TikTok Content Creator role based in Ennasr 2. The TikTok Content Creator will be responsible for planning, scripting, filming, and editing short-form videos optimized for TikTok. Daily tasks include researching trends, sounds, and formats; proposing new creative concepts; and producing content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. The role also involves managing posting schedules, engaging with the community through comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics to refine content strategies. The TikTok Content Creator will collaborate closely with the creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent quality and a strong brand voice across all videos.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating TikTok or short-form video content, with a strong portfolio or active social media profiles showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and best practices for audience growth and engagement.
• Basic to intermediate video production skills, including filming with smartphones or cameras, framing, lighting, and sound.
• Proficiency with video editing tools or apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar mobile/desktop editors).
• Strong storytelling abilities, with creativity in ideation, scripting, and visual execution for short-form content.
• Ability to analyze content performance, interpret basic social media metrics, and adjust content accordingly.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concepts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working on-site in Ennasr 2 and collaborating with a multidisciplinary production team.
• Clear and respectful communication skills in a gender-neutral, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in audiovisual production, digital media, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but motivated self-taught creators are also encouraged to apply.
