Material Planner Supervisor

YOUR ROLE

Coordinate and oversee material supply operations in line with customer requirements, company standards, and management guidelines, ensuring the production plan is delivered under the best conditions of time, quality, and cost.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and production process stoppages.

Organize the team's work based on the number of product references and the specific supplier.

• Motivate and support the team in achieving set objectives.
• Define the procurement schedule based on the company's equipment needs.
• Continuously monitor the procurement schedule.
• Continuously monitor suppliers to mitigate the impact of potential delays.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Degree in Supply chain or Equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent English
• Leadership skills
