Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads into applicants while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Monitor team performance and ensure that targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.
• Train and onboard new agents.
• Conduct call monitoring and provide regular feedback to improve quality and performance.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate results to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
• Support recruitment and integration of new team members when required.

• Previous experience in a call center or international education environment.
• Experience in team supervision or leadership is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position. The Team Leader will not only oversee the team's performance but will also actively manage leads and convert prospective students into applicants, ensuring operational excellence and continuous development of the team.
