Description de l'emploi
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent specializing in airline ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
Responsibilities:
- Airline ticket booking, issuance, reissue, and refunds
- Handle cancellations, changes, and fare adjustments
- Manage customer inquiries and provide professional support
- Coordinate with airlines when required
- Ensure accurate and timely ticketing services
Exigences de l'emploi
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Galileo, Sabre is a plus
- Experience in ticket issuance, reissue, and refund processes
- Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy
- Arabic & English required
