We are recruiting on behalf of a leading group operating in the olive oil industry.

We are looking for a highly analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join a dynamic international environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the organization’s financial management and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports and management dashboards (approximately 30% of the role – advanced Excel reporting required)
• Monitor cash flow and treasury activities
• Perform budget control and variance analysis
• Supervise general and analytical accounting processes
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and international business partners
• Manage financial communication and reporting in English
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and performance monitoring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Chartered Accounting
• 5–7 years of professional experience in an accounting firm and/or corporate environment
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
