We are hiring a Full Stack Web Developer to join a startup building a modern web platform from the ground up.

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job but someone who wants real responsibility, autonomy, and impact on the product. This is a role for a builder who enjoys fast-paced environments and growing with the company.

What you'll do:

• Build and improve web applications using React / Next.js
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django) or NestJS
• Design and integrate REST APIs
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Participate in product and technical decisions
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a well-structured architecture
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure code quality through tests and good development practices

What we're looking for:

• Strong full-stack web development skills
• Ability to work across frontend and backend
• Good understanding of APIs and system design basics
• Strong focus on clean architecture and code quality
• Independent, fast learner, and comfortable taking responsibility
• Experience with Chakra UI is a plus
• Good level of French and English
