Are you well-versed in IT infrastructure, network technology, and technical installations? At the same time, are you familiar with regulatory requirements, approval processes, and the specific nuances of the Tunisian market? Then you are the perfect fit for us!

For our location in Tunis, we are looking for support in the area of IT Infrastructure & Compliance. You will ensure that our technical infrastructure is reliably set up, operated, and further developed—while keeping a secure eye on local legal regulations, authority processes, and compliance requirements.

Exigences de l'emploi

Your Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Support: You support the setup, commissioning, and operation of our IT infrastructure at the Tunis location.

  • Hardware Installation: You assemble, install, and cable network components, gateways, access points, and other IT hardware.

  • Quality & Documentation: You ensure that our technical equipment functions reliably and is cleanly documented.

  • Local Procurement: You accompany the procurement of IT hardware on-site in Tunisia and support the local sourcing of suitable components and service providers.

  • Logistics & Customs: You take local requirements into account, particularly regarding customs, availability, and procurement routes.

  • Regulatory Approvals: You assist with approval and registration processes relating to VPN, encryption, and telecommunications, especially in connection with CERT.

  • Data Protection: You comply with data protection and cross-border data traffic requirements in accordance with the specifications of the Tunisian data protection authority (INPDP).

  • Cybersecurity Compliance: You work with an eye on national cybersecurity guidelines and potential audit obligations of the competent Tunisian authorities, particularly ANCS/ANSI.

  • Stakeholder Management: You independently handle coordination with local institutions, authorities, and service providers.

  • Process Tracking: You carefully document technical and regulatory processes and ensure transparent tracking.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience in the field of IT infrastructure, network technology, or technical IT operations.

  • Hands-on experience with the installation, assembly, cabling, and commissioning of network components, gateways, and access points.

  • An understanding of local IT and telecommunications requirements in Tunisia.

  • Proven experience with regulatory approval procedures, ideally in connection with VPN, encryption, or telecommunications.

  • Knowledge in the areas of data protection, data export, and cross-border data traffic is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements, national guidelines, and potential audit processes.

  • Experience in the local procurement of IT hardware in Tunisia.

  • A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.

  • The ability to manage bureaucratic processes independently, patiently, and bindingly.

  • Very good knowledge of German or English.

  • Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to work in an international environment.
