We are seeking an experienced Travel & Airline Expert to support travel agents by providing expert guidance on airline policies, fare rules, ticketing, routing, and travel operations. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

Key Responsibilities:

• - Provide expert support and guidance to travel agents on airline bookings and ticketing.
• - Assist agents with complex itineraries, fare construction, routing, and airline policies.
• - Support travel agents with GDS-related queries (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Travelport).
• - Ensure compliance with airline regulations, fare rules, and travel documentation requirements.
• - Monitor airline updates, schedule changes, and policy revisions, and communicate them to agents.
• - Train and mentor travel agents on airline systems, ticketing procedures, and best practices.
• - Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• - Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• - Experience in the travel or airline industry.
• - Good experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Travelport).
• - Good computer skills.
• - Ability to work with travel management software and online booking platforms.
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• - Good understanding of written and spoken English.
• - High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
