We’re seeking an experienced .NET developer to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses on building scalable, modern applications using the latest .NET technologies while leveraging Claude AI to enhance development efficiency. You’ll work in a containerized, cloud-native environment where Docker and Kubernetes are central to our deployment strategy.

In this position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust backend systems, mentor junior developers, and contribute to our technical roadmap. You’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging problems at scale while continuously improving your craft through Claude-assisted development practices.

Technical Skills:

•Proficiency in .NET (C#), with solid understanding of .NET Core/ASP.NET Core

•Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and image management

•Working knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration (deployment, scaling, networking)

•Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

•Proficiency with version control systems (Git)

•Database design and optimization experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)

AI & Development Tools:

•Demonstrated experience using Claude for code generation, debugging, and architectural guidance

•Ability to effectively prompt and iterate with Claude to solve complex problems

•Experience integrating Claude into development workflows for improved productivity

•Understanding of how to leverage AI for code reviews, documentation, and testing

Communication:

•Fluent English (written and spoken)

•Excellent documentation and communication skills

•Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

•Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

•Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)

•Background in domain-driven design or clean architecture patterns

•Open-source contributions or public portfolio
