We are looking for an experienced and motivated Drone Solutions Engineer & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role combines strong technical expertise in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) with business development and customer engagement.

You will work closely with customers, technology partners, and internal engineering teams to design innovative drone solutions for industrial, security, public safety, and critical infrastructure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative drone-based solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solution concepts.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and technology providers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Support proposal preparation, tenders, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with AI, software, cybersecurity, and hardware engineering teams.
• Stay up to date with drone technologies, regulations, and industry developments.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Knowledge of EASA drone regulations and European UAS operations.
• Experience with AI, Computer Vision, GIS, Mapping, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with ROS, PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, or related technologies.
• Experience with critical infrastructure, public safety, security, or defense projects.
• Experience in proposal writing, public tenders, or funded research projects.
• Drone certifications are an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
