We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master to join our software team. In this role, you will combine the servant-leadership of a traditional Scrum Master with a strong technical background. Beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing team blockers, you will act as a first line of defence for quality by actively replicating, triaging, and validating user-reported issues before they enter the backlog.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution, possessing the hands-on skills necessary to dig into test environments, reproduce bugs, and write highly detailed, actionable technical tickets.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles while optimising their workflow.
• Blocker Removal: Identify and eliminate technical and organisational roadblocks to keep the development team focused on sprint goals.
• Technical Triage & Bug Replication: Replicate user-reported defects in staging/UAT environments. Write detailed Jira tickets with exact reproduction steps, logs, and API payloads to ensure they are actionable for developers.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience & Education

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software engineering environment (ideally with a background in QA, development, or systems analysis).
• First-level Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

• Agile Tooling: Advanced expertise in Jira and Confluence workflow management.
• Triage Tools: Proficiency using Browser Developer Tools (Network/Console tabs) and API testing tools (e.g. Postman).
• Log Analysis: Ability to read and interpret application logs (e.g. Kibana, ElasticSearch) to isolate bugs.
