We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Flight Ticket Sales Agents to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight reservations and ticket bookings.
• Provide accurate travel information, fare options, and travel advice.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work efficiently with online systems.
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Previous experience in airline ticketing, travel, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus.
