Description de l'emploi
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help drive agile excellence across our product development.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience removing blockers and building high-performing teams
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong plus
What you'll do:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress
- Track and report on sprint metrics and team velocity
- Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
