Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for web, API, and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
• Write, execute, and maintain automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects through their full lifecycle using tools such as Jira
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and work with engineers to resolve issues
• Monitor test coverage metrics and continuously improve test quality and reliability
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, documentation, and best practices across the engineering team

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation engineering or a similar software quality role
• Proficiency with at least one automation framework such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
• Experience writing and testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or Rest Assured
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams
• Experience with performance or load testing tools (e.g., k6, JMeter) is a plus
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
