As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting for our Tunisian subsidiary a Material Compliance Engineer

The main mission of this role is to support CMR's Material Compliance Programme by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and submission of material compliance data while meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Full Material Disclosure (FMD), IMDS, and customer material declaration activities across a global product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain material compliance data within CDX and IMDS platforms.

- Review and validate supplier material declarations and product structures.

- Ensure compliance with customer-specific and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate material data collection with suppliers worldwide.

- Support suppliers on technical compliance requirements and data quality improvements.

- Prepare and submit customer material declarations.

- Monitor submissions, approvals, corrective actions, and project milestones.

- Provide reporting and updates on programme progress, risks, and recovery plans.

Exigences de l'emploi

Requirments: 

- Knowledge of CDX, IMDS, or similar material compliance systems.

- Understanding of Full Material Disclosure (FMD) processes.

- Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS, and CMRT requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.

- Experience in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.

 

Desired profile:

- Engineering degree in Materials, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.

- 3–5 years of experience in Material Compliance, Product Compliance, Quality, or a similar technical role.

- Fluent in English (mandatory).
