Description de l'emploi
- Provide daily on-site IT support for hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Respond to user requests and resolve IT incidents within SLA/OLA targets.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with central IT teams.
- Support local IT projects and global deployments.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL, TISAX/ISO 27001, and company security, HR, and HSE policies.
- Document procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Exigences de l'emploi
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
- Experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM tools, and TISAX/ISO 27001 (preferred).
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Fluent in Arabic and French; English is an asset.
