As a student advisor, your job is to guide prospective students from their first expression of interest to their application.

You contact leads, understand their study goals, check their budget and academic background, explain the right program , answer their questions, handle concerns, and encourage qualified students to apply.

Once they decide to move forward, you collect and follow up on their documents and make sure the application reaches the Admissions team.

In simple terms: Find the right students → Understand their needs → Show them the value → Guide them to apply → Follow up.

Punctuality—Be on time, and respect working hours, meetings, and deadlines.

Honesty—Be transparent with students and colleagues. Never promise something we cannot deliver.

Fairness — Treat every student with the same level of respect, attention, and professionalism.

Discipline & Organization — Keep your tasks, follow-ups, documents, and student information organized. Stay consistent with our processes.

Confidentiality — Protect student information and never share personal or application details outside the appropriate channels. 

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead qualification
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to follow up with leads and guide students through the application process
• Good level in English 
• Goal-oriented and motivated personality
• Experience in education consulting is a plus
