We are looking for a Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our IT and web development business internationally.

Your Mission

Your main responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities in European and UK markets.

You will:

• Research and identify potential B2B clients.
• Find decision-makers and relevant contacts.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Use LinkedIn, Google, and other digital tools for prospect research.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other free or paid lead generation tools.
• Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Explore new prospecting and client acquisition strategies.
• Manage and organize leads using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or similar platforms.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in B2B Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online prospecting.
• Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in IT, web development, and digital services.
• Excellent French and good professional English.
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.

Target Markets

Europe and the United Kingdom, including France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and other English- or French-speaking markets.
