1. What we require:

• English: Writing/Speaking - C1(Proof of qualification)
• Computer working experience (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace including all Google Tools)
• Experience in data analytics and monitoring(Proof of work)
• Being responsible and professional in any way of cooperation

Working hours: 7:30AM-12PM or 8AM-12:30PM (4h work + 30mins break)

Working days: 6 days total with 1 day-off at any selected day of the week.

What obligations and functionalities job requires:

• Analyzing the company employees communication with the clients
• Following any company rules breach during communication between company employees and client
• Reporting and accumulating breaches data with detailed clarification
• Developing the analytics data base to make sure all non-compliant cases are recorder for future improvements
