Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Manage end-to-end editing, color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics to produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize and design visual assets, including social media graphics, carousels, presentations, and infographics.
• Ideation & AI Integration: Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, utilizing generative AI tools to enhance creativity and incorporate rising social media trends.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the Art Director to execute creative briefs and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both spoken and written Italian is a mandatory requirement for this role, as you will be working seamlessly with Italian brand assets and team workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form video editing and graphic design skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in video software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• High-speed, stable internet connection capable of handling video calls and large file transfers.
• Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and adapt in a fully remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with Notion and Google Workspace.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and narrative pacing.
