We are a well-established German electrical engineering company specialising in electrical power supply and I&C (Instrumentation & Control) projects across a big range of sectors, including power plants technology, sewage tretment plants, electrification fo clinics and hospitals, and renewable energy almostly open space PV-Systems with BESS . What to Expect

You will work on varied and exciting projects, taking on a high degree of personal responsibility within a young and vibrant company culture. Key sectors include power plants, renewable energy, and urban infrastructure, offering opportunities for both professional and personal development.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and independently manage projects in energy technology, electrical power distribution, and renewable energy, initially focusing on German projects.
  • Take full ownership of projects throughout all phases, including basic and detail engineering, ITT, and construction management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, providing advisory support and building long-term partnerships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train and mentor colleagues within the project team.

Your Profile

We are looking for professionals who bring:

  • A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study.
  • Organizational skills to manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with cable routing plans and preparation of layout/arrangement plans for switchgear and distribution systems.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
  • Experience in interior design or industrial plant engineering (desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2 level or higher); knowledge of German is a plus.
