The Role

We are hiring a practical, production-focused Data Scientist to build smart features and automated systems for live web applications and digital ventures.

You won't just analyze datasets or run models locally—you will turn data into intelligent features, build AI agents, deploy them via APIs, and make sure they deliver real value to end users.

What You Will Do

• Build & Deploy AI Systems: Develop predictive models, custom AI agents, and generative search engines, integrating them directly into digital platforms.

• Manage Data Pipelines: Set up reliable data flows, database connections, and automated workflows to feed live models.

• Measure Product Impact: Track model accuracy in production, run test scenarios, and use data insights to optimize user experience.

• Maintain Performance: Monitor system speed, fix bugs, reduce response latency, and ensure reliable execution.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience building and deploying data science models or AI applications.

• Core Technical Skills: Strong Python and SQL programming.

• ML & AI: Hands-on experience with standard ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost), LLM frameworks, and building AI Agents (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs).

• API & Deployment: Experience writing REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask) and using Docker to package applications.

• Databases: Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic vector databases (e.g., Pinecone or Chroma).

• Languages: Working knowledge (basic comprehension) of French and English to navigate documentation and internal communications.
