Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize Machine Learning and AI solutions .

• Develop and maintain production-ready AI/ML models using Python.

• Prepare, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

• Perform feature engineering and select appropriate modeling approaches.

• Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning models.

• Monitor model performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Integrate AI/ML models into existing applications, APIs, and backend systems.

• Develop AI-powered applications and automation solutions.

• Work with modern AI technologies, including LLMs and Generative AI where applicable.

• Collaborate with software engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Translate business and technical requirements into practical AI solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical and model-related issues.

• Conduct experiments and evaluate different approaches to improve model performance.

• Document models, workflows, experiments, technical solutions, and processes.

Core RequirementsAI & Machine Learning Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python Development, or a related field.

• Strong Python programming skills .

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models.

• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning .

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Experience building, testing, optimizing, and deploying ML models.

• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data .

• Understanding of model performance tuning and optimization.

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production environments.

• Understanding of software development best practices.

• Ability to document models, workflows, experiments, and technical processes.

Python & AI Technologies

Experience with relevant Python libraries, frameworks, and tools such as:

Candidates do not need to have experience with every technology listed above. Strong practical expertise in relevant tools and the ability to learn new technologies are highly valued.

Advanced AI / Generative AI Experience

Experience in modern AI technologies is highly valued, including:
