HR Analytics and Operations Specialist (H/F) | Sfax

At Enovis, we believe that data-driven decisions and strong HR operations are key drivers of business success. We are looking for a talented HR Analytics amp; Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Sfax and help transform HR data into meaningful insights while supporting critical HR processes.
What Youll Do ?
✅ Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs
✅ Analyze workforce metrics, including: Headcount Absenteeism Turnover Recruitment performance Training effectiveness
✅ Ensure employee data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
✅ Support payroll reporting and HR compliance activities
✅ Coordinate onboarding and employee records management
✅ Support recruitment activities and HR projects
✅ Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions

What Were Looking For ?
✔ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
✔ Experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Administration, or a similar role
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools
✔ Knowledge of HR systems (Workday is a strong advantage)
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
✔ Professional communication skills in English and French
