Job Summary

The Learning & Development Training Analyst is responsible for elaborating, reviewing, developing, and implementing L&D programs for employees and managers locally and support the Global L&D team.

The ideal candidate is someone looking to work with a dynamic and global organization that encourages creative thinking, loves data and has a strong collaboration spirit 

Role

Local

  • Identify training development needs aligned with Linedata global strategic imperatives
  • Define and monitor the annual budget allocated to Training with Linedata Management
  • Gather and consolidate the employees and managers training needs
  • Develop Training Roadmap/Process for Employees
  • Establish relationship with external training vendors, negotiate corporate rates
  • Facilitate on-site training classes with external vendors
  • Conduct internal training and facilitate assessment tools for BL/Departments
  • Develop Local Onboarding Plan and participate in building the global induction program
  • Keep the training plan updates and take the ownership of the end-to-end process
  • To collaborate with HR team to support L&D demands
  • To have regular meetings with managers to provide updates regarding their L&D demands and also identify new opportunities. Also provide training feedbacks to them.
  • Evaluate training quality and business impact
  • Control the L&D KPIs in the region
  • Development action to improve the learning culture in the region
  • Support the performance management process in the region
  • Work in partnership with HRBP to implement the Talent Review process and action plan related with this subject.

Global

  • Work on Global Learning and Development projects
  • Ensure E-learning platform administration (E-Front and Pluralsight)
  • Enhance Global Learning and Development policies and processes
  • Drive KPI Trainings by consolidating monthly training reports from each region
  • Support the Global L&D strategy
  • Guarantee the accuracy of data provided by each region, meeting the teams to have a deeper understanding regarding actions accomplished and new demands working in collaboration
  • Propose new actions to improve the L&D culture across the organization (Development Tips, Development Days and Weeks, Trainings, etc)
  • Prepare communications and presentations on demand
  • Support new programs implementation

Exigences de l'emploi

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational & Industrial Psychology or other related courses
  • Solid familiarity with learning and development principles
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Data driven,
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • English and French Fluency
  • Able to prioritize and good time management
  • Ability to work with different subjects simultaneously
