Objectives :
• Integrate Project EPC Phases and Project needs into the Tendering and Execution schedules
• Ensure alignment of the Project schedule with Project Execution Plan
• Support the Project Execution Team to deliver within baseline schedule /Time
Activities :
Sale/Tender phase :
• Liaise with the Tendering team to planning during tender phase.
• Review Long lead critical items and highlight those.
• Ensure and integration of engineering, procurement and construction management plans and schedules
Execution phase :
• To be the face of SLB OPF side with respect to Planning & Project Controls activities in front of the Client
• Make sure Client is comfortable with internally agreed analysis and reporting requirements.
• Support OPF Planning Lead and OPF Project Manager in preparation/update of schedules and reports
• Be proactive in highlighting delays in advance, do CPM analysis,Track day to day activities with look ahead
• Close monitoring required for subcontractors’ activities. Ensure timely receipt of inputs from subcontractors
• Site Visit required during the construction phase. Support Contracts team in preparation of claims, EOT etc.
• Set up Site Project Document control system and Control Project Document controllers
• Ensure the appropriate level of planning and scheduling functionality is applied to support project controls activities throu gh all phases
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), input project activities, determined activity durations, and logic relationships
• Create milestones to identify the start of work including activities that required constraints
• Assist project team in resolution of issues involving cost, schedule, & changes
• Establishes & maintains common methods & standard reporting format for management reports
• Ensure schedules generated for a project are fully integrated and resource loaded in order to ensure the accuracy of projected s taffing requirements
• Escalate to Project and Function Mgt any critical (actual vs forecast/plan) timeline deviancies with impacts to the Project C rit ical Path.
Governance:
• Facilitate functions to define planning/scheduling process and procedures inline with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1 and OSHA.
• Develop and maintain owner planning and scheduling procedures and practices
• Establish minimum requirements for schedules prepared by contractors to ensure appropriate level of details and structure are ap plied to ensure effective progress monitoring and project control
• Set up, implement, and maintain project schedule related key performance indicators (KPIs)

Prior Experience/Expertise Required
Experience :
• 12+ years Industry experience
• Prior work experience in EPC / Construction projects that involve:
Facility Engineering, Control of
Subcontractors.
• Working knowledge / Exposure in using Project Planning tools such as Primavera, MS Projects etc.
• Risk analysis/assessment/mitigation.
Expertise :
• Baselining and S curve reporting.
• Mitigation plan execution.
• Critical analysis
• Logic sequencing
• Activity duration estimation
