Personal Coach

The Personal Coach at Wall Street English inspires students to achieve their dreams. By serving as a brand ambassador and providing excellent academic support and customer experience, the Coach ensures high engagement with WSE and facilitates students in reaching their language learning goals.

Training Program:

During this program, you will be introduced to our unique method and provided with comprehensive training emphasizing the importance of service across all departments. You'll learn to support our service team by providing an interactive learning environment, communicating with customers, delivering appropriate services and contributing to life-changing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach students towards reaching their educational goals, by providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback

• Being an ambassador for your center by engaging students and prospects.

• Establish a fun, English-immersive learning environment

• Provide excellent customer service

• Manage class schedules and various administrative tasks

You Are:

• Energetic, positive, friendly, and professional

• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Passionate about education, languages, and delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

• A recent graduate eligible for a CIVP contract

• Excellent command of English
