LRT Innovation Labs is expanding its production team and is looking for motivated and dynamic Production Operators to support our industrial manufacturing activities.

This is a hands-on opportunity for junior candidates who are interested in developing their skills in production, manufacturing, assembly, and industrial operations. Successful candidates will work in a modern industrial environment and participate in various production processes according to company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in production and manufacturing operations
• Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions
• Operate production equipment and tools safely
• Assist with molding, fabrication, and production of industrial parts and components
• Support mechanical assembly and manufacturing activities
• Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities when required
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Handle materials and components required for production activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work collaboratively with production supervisors and team members

• Eligible for a CIVP contract
• BTP, BTS, or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Mechanical Fabrication
• Mechanical Construction
• Industrial Maintenance
• Welding and Metal Fabrication
• Production and Manufacturing
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electromechanics
• Industrial Systems
• Assembly and Manufacturing Technologies
• Molding and Production Processes
• Any related industrial or technical specialization

• Good practical and technical abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for safety and quality procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or practical training in manufacturing, production, assembly, maintenance, or industrial operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes
• Experience in production environments is a plus but not mandatory
