LRT Innovation Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support the finance and accounting function. This role is ideal for a junior candidate or recent graduate looking to develop practical experience in accounting, finance, and business operations within an international industrial environment.

The Accountant will work closely with the finance team and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting activities, and ensuring proper financial documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Support

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities and financial data entry
• Record and process invoices, expenses, and purchase-related documents
• Organize and maintain accounting records, receipts, and supporting documentation
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Support bank reconciliations and financial record verification
• Assist with preparing financial reports and accounting schedules
• Update and maintain accounting information in the ERP system
• Flag inconsistencies, discrepancies, or missing information when identified

• Handle financial and accounting information with confidentiality and integrity
• Maintain professionalism in communication, organization, and document management
• Follow company procedures and internal financial controls

• Eligible for a CIVP contract

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good analytical and numerical abilities
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is preferred
• Knowledge of Odoo is a strong advantage
• Previous internship or academic project in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or administration is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with invoices, expenses, financial documentation, and reconciliations is an advantage
