• Managing production transfer projects from Germany to Tunisia
• Coordinating manufacturing, quality, and logistics processes
• Relocating machines, tools, and production processes.
• Conducting risk analyses and qualification activities
• Conducting products prototyping/sampling
• Collaborating with our site in Frankfurt (Oder)
• Monitoring project progress, costs, and deadlines

• Technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
• Experience in project management and a production environment
• Expertise in cable assembly manufacturing process
• Knowledge of Lean Management, FMEA, APQP, and ERP systems
• Very good English skills and ideally German skills
• High willingness to travel and strong intercultural competence
• Structured and analytical approach to work
• Strong communication and assertiveness
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to work effectively in international project environments
