As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, manage end-to-end shipping documentation , and manifest service ensuring smooth coordination with ports, agents, and internal teams.  Job Description

• Manage end-to-end shipping documentation , ensuring smooth coordination with ports, agents, and internal teams.
• Handle customer interactions to deliver efficient and high-quality service throughout the logistics process.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of all required shipping and operational documentation.
• Communicate effectively with international colleagues and partners across different regions.
• To collect shipping instructions and upload BL data to/from SAP B1.
• To check booking prospect and make ready all documentation before vessels arrival /departure .
• To Issue and send prearrival + arrival notice to customers at time.
• To Issue cargo manifest import/export in the system   .
• To carry out BL corrections if required.
• To follow /organize inland transportation (export and import)

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
• Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools
