The Watcher is responsible for protecting and monitoring Desert Joy’s premises, land, greenhouses, buildings, and equipment, controlling access, conducting patrols, and reporting any suspicious activity or incidents.

Job Description :

• Monitor and protect Desert Joy premises, land, greenhouses, and buildings.

• Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
  مراقبة وتنظيم دخول وخروج الموظفين والزوار ووسائل النقل.
• Conduct regular patrols and check gates, doors, fences, and access points.
  القيام بجولات تفقدية منتظمة ومراقبة البوابات والأبواب والأسوار ونقاط الدخول.
• Register visitors and report any suspicious activity, incident, damage, or unauthorized access.
  تسجيل الزوار والإبلاغ عن أي نشاط مشبوه أو حادث أو أضرار أو دخول غير مصرح به.
• Ensure compliance with company security and HSE rules.
  التأكد من احترام قواعد الأمن والصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الشركة.

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
  القدرة على القراءة والكتابة واتباع التعليمات.
• Good observation and surveillance skills.
  مهارات جيدة في المراقبة والانتباه.
• Physically fit for patrol and outdoor work.
  القدرة البدنية للقيام بالجولات والعمل في الخارج.
• Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Previous security or similar experience is an advantage.

• Basic First Aid and HSE knowledge is an advantage.
