01. ABOUT EDUSMART EduSmart

is an international education company specializing in Study Abroad, Language Training, IELTS Preparation, Business English, Translation and International Education Services. As part of the development of our English Academy & Language Services, we are looking for a qualified and dynamic English Teacher who can deliver high-quality English training while contributing to our IELTS, Business English, Translation and educational programs.

02. POSITION OVERVIEW

The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English training to different audiences, including: Kids & Teens Adults University students Professionals Corporate clients IELTS candidates International education applicants The role combines teaching, assessment, exam preparation, Business English, translation support and educational content development.

The ideal candidate is not only a teacher, but also a coach, assessor and language expert capable of adapting teaching methods to different learners and objectives.

03. ENGLISH TEACHING

 Main responsibilities

Deliver individual and group English classes.

Teach different levels from A1 to C1 according to the CEFR framework.

Teach Kids, Teens and Adults. Deliver both online and in-person classes.

Prepare structured and engaging lessons.

Develop exercises, activities and learning materials.

Adapt teaching methods according to students' levels and learning objectives.

Create a positive, interactive and motivating learning environment.

Monitor student participation and engagement.

Provide regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.

04. IELTS & INTERNATIONAL EXAM PREPARATION

The teacher will contribute to EduSmart's international English test preparation services.

Responsibilities

Prepare students for IELTS, TOEFL and SELT, depending on the program.

Develop personalized preparation plans.

Train students across the four skills:

Listening

Reading

Writing

Speaking

Conduct mock exams and practice sessions.

Teach exam techniques and strategies.

Work on time management and test-taking skills.

Identify students' weaknesses and create improvement plans.

Evaluate progress through regular assessments.

Provide individual coaching and feedback.

05. BUSINESS ENGLISH

The teacher will also deliver English programs designed for professionals, companies and corporate clients.

Training areas may include:

Professional communication

Meetings

Presentations

Business vocabulary

Email writing

Telephone communication

Negotiation

Workplace communication

Interview preparation

International communication.

Responsibilities

Design Business English programs according to client needs.

Adapt lessons to different professional sectors.

Assess learners' professional communication needs.

Develop practical, workplace-oriented activities.

Deliver individual or corporate training sessions.

Track learner progress and provide professional feedback.

06. TRANSLATION SERVICES

The English Teacher may also contribute to EduSmart's Translation Services, particularly for English-related documents.

Responsibilities

Translate educational and professional documents between English, French and Arabic.

Proofread and review translated documents.

Ensure grammatical, linguistic and terminological accuracy.

Adapt terminology according to the document type.

Review translated content before final delivery.

Support the team with English-language documentation related to international education applications.

Experience in academic, administrative or professional translation is considered an advantage.

07. WORKSHOPS & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

The teacher will participate in EduSmart's educational workshops and special programs.

The teacher may contribute to EduSmart's educational content ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Create educational exercises and learning resources.

Develop short educational content for social media.

Contribute to English-learning videos and educational campaigns.

Prepare tips, explanations and language-learning materials.

Participate in webinars and online educational content.

Support the content team with language expertise

09. STUDENT ASSESSMENT & PROGRESS TRACKING

The teacher will be responsible for monitoring learner development throughout the training journey.

Responsibilities Conduct initial level assessments.

Identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Monitor attendance and participation.

Evaluate student progress.

Conduct periodic assessments and mock tests.

Provide constructive feedback. Recommend appropriate next-level programs.

Maintain accurate student progress records.

10. COURSE & MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT

The teacher will contribute to the continuous improvement of EduSmart's training programs.

Responsibilities

Develop lesson plans.

Create exercises and practical activities.

Prepare tests and assessments.

Develop IELTS preparation materials.

Create Business English resources.

Adapt materials to different CEFR levels.

Improve existing courses based on learner feedback and performance

11. ONLINE & IN-PERSON TEACHING

The position requires flexibility across different learning formats.

The teacher must be comfortable using digital teaching tools and adapting activities to online environments.

12. REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field. Strong English proficiency, ideally C1/C2 level. Experience Previous experience teaching English.

Experience with IELTS, TOEFL or SELT preparation is an advantage.

Experience teaching different age groups is preferred.

Business English experience is an advantage.

Translation experience is an advantage.

Certifications
