We're hiring — Online Business Registration Specialist

Position: Online Business Registration Specialist / أخصائي تسجيل المتاجر الإلكترونية
Reports to: Merchant Success Manager (not VP Commerce directly)
Positions open: ×2 to ×4 (scales with growth) · Market: Tunisia 

01 — Role overview  — The frontline hunter of the supply team. One job: fill the pipeline with registered online shops every week. The org chain is shown clearly: VP Commerce → Merchant Success Manager → this position . 

02 — Who to target  — Detailed guidance on three pools:

• Instagram shops: hashtags to search (#بيع_تونس, #متجر_تونسي etc.), follower range (300–50K, focus on 1K–20K), niche priorities (fashion, beauty, food, home, electronics)
• TikTok shops: what to look for (product demos, price in caption, link in bio), engagement over follower count
• Who NOT to target: physical-only stores, personal accounts, zero-engagement pages

03 — 9 tasks daily  (each bilingual EN + AR):

1. 2 hours/day prospecting on IG + TikTok (≥30 new shops to CRM/day)
2. ≥30 personalized DMs per day
3. Day 3 follow-up
4. Day-7 final follow-up (soft close)
5. Registration walkthrough (max 10-min call)
6. Activation confirmation + handoff to MSM
7. Objection handling
8. Daily CRM update (non-negotiable)
9. Weekly Sunday report to MSM

04 — Targets & KPIs  — Weekly activity table (150 DMs, 15 registrations, 100% CRM) + 7-metric KPI table with targets + 4 milestone bonuses.

05 — DM script & objections  — Complete approved 4-line DM structure in EN + AR, follow-up messages (Day 3 + Day 7), and full responses to the 5 most common objections merchants will raise — all in Arabic dialect.

06 — Skills  — Hard requirements (Arabic dialect, heavy IG/TikTok user, cold DM comfort, high-volume discipline), strong plus skills, and soft skills (resilience, persuasion, speed).


Who we're looking for / من نبحث عنه

Native Arabic speaker — Tunisian dialect 

Heavy daily user of Instagram AND TikTok — both knows how sellers use platform's

 sending cold DMs and following up without feeling awkward

Self-organized — can manage a high-volume daily outreach list independently

Resilient — most DMs won't get a reply. Must stay energized and not take it personally

Prior selling experience online (even personal) is a strong plus
