The Role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Growth Lead dedicated to the French-speaking market. In this role, you will work directly on our internal products, lead generation initiatives, and client projects. You will act as the core human operator overseeing content quality, digital marketing assets, and outreach campaigns—ensuring everything we output is polished, native, and effective.

As our operations and project portfolio expand, you will have the opportunity to help build and guide a sub-team underneath you.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Quality & Editing: Review, refine, and polish AI-assisted drafts for B2B marketing, sales materials, and articles, ensuring native phrasing and zero low-quality "AI slop."

- Digital PR & Outreach: Execute cold email pitches, media outreach, and partner communications across target French-speaking platforms to build links and generate leads.

- Campaign & Marketing Support:Assist in planning and executing organic growth campaigns for our in-house sales tools and client initiatives.

- Prospect & Partner Negotiation: Act as the direct human contact point for publishers, leads, and partners in the French market.

- Operational Growth: Identify bottlenecks in content or outreach workflows and help onboard/manage additional freelancers or specialists as workload increases.

- System Feedback:Provide practical feedback to our technical team to help fine-tune our AI prompts and workflow templates for the French language.

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal command of French (Native or C2 level) with strong business communication skills.

- Background in marketing, content editing, copywriting, digital PR, or sales outreach (B2B experience preferred).

- Practical mindset toward AI tools: eager to use AI for efficiency while maintaining a high personal standard for quality and tone.

- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in an evolving business environment.

- Willingness to work full-time in-office from our Tunis or Djerba locations.
