We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead the industrialization of new products, drive process innovation, and develop a high-performing engineering team within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and develop a team of R&D Engineers and Technicians

✅ Manage new product industrialization projects from concept to commercialization

✅ Oversee prototype development, tooling design, process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and manufacturing readiness

✅ Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

✅ Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and problem-solving initiatives

✅ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Maintenance teams

✅ Monitor project performance and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, and quality standards

✔ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field

✔ 10+ years of experience in process engineering within textile, garment, medical device, or manufacturing industries

✔ Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✔ Fluent in French and English

Preferred Experience

⭐ Medical device and/or orthopedic products manufacturing

⭐ Industrial transfer and new product introduction (NPI/NPD)

⭐ Process validation, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
