CNC CAM Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced CNC CAM Programmer / Manufacturing

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 5-axis CNC programming,
especially for aluminum aerospace parts, and be capable of working in an international and collaborative
environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and optimize CNC CAM programs for aerospace components
• Develop efficient 3-axis and especially 5-axis machining strategies
• Perform toolpath simulation and machining verification activities
• Use Vericut for machining simulation and program validation
• Analyze CAD models, technical drawings, and customer requirements
• Support manufacturing teams with machining-related technical solutions
• Improve machining efficiency, cycle times, and process reliability
• Coordinate daily with production, engineering, and quality teams remotely
• Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of NX CAM
• Minimum 5 years of CNC CAM programming experience
• Strong experience in 5-axis CNC machining and programming
• Experience machining aluminum aerospace components
• Experience with Vericut simulation and program verification
• Good understanding of machining strategies, cutting tools, and process optimization
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T; requirements
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and international team environment
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Aerospace or defense industry experience
• Experience with high-precision machining
• Knowledge of fixture/tooling concepts
• Experience with post-process optimization
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and aerospace requirements
