Hicha  Joy is looking for a Station and QHSE Assistant to support packing station operations, quality control, hygiene, health and safety, and environmental compliance across the greenhouses and packing station.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor hygiene, health, safety, and environmental practices in the greenhouses and packing station.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and QHSE non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, hygiene procedures, food safety standards, and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
• Monitor workplace cleanliness, disinfection, waste management, and pest control activities.
• Perform quality inspections at reception, during production, and before export to verify product conformity, packaging, labeling, and traceability.
• Monitor cold room temperatures, storage conditions, and refrigerated transport hygiene.
• Record inspection results, prepare reports, maintain QHSE documentation, and report incidents and non-conformities.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with hygiene staff and the Labor, Station, Logistics, Quality, Purchase, and Store teams.
• Monitor QHSE and hygiene supplies, manage stock follow-up, and prepare purchase requests according to operational needs.
• Participate in safety awareness activities, environmental meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quality control and export preparation activities and ensure continuity of quality-related tasks when required.

• BTS, BTP, or equivalent diploma in Hygiene, Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of QHSE requirements, workplace safety, food hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Experience in workplace inspections, hazard identification, incident reporting, or QHSE documentation is an advantage.

• Knowledge of PPE requirements, cleaning and disinfection procedures, and safe working practices.

• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures is an advantage.

• Good computer skills for preparing reports, checklists, and documentation.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to work.

• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments.

• Ability to identify risks, report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.
