As part of the development of our industrial activities, we are looking for a Technical Coordinator to organize and supervise production, prototyping, and the manufacturing of fixtures and tooling.

Working closely with the 3D Development team, you will ensure effective coordination between technical design, testing, and production, while ensuring the quality of manufactured parts and compliance with deadlines.

Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written, to ensure technical communication and coordination with teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Organize the daily work of the production team and assign tasks according to priorities.

• Supervise manufacturing, assembly, welding, and prototyping operations.

• Participate in the manufacturing and adjustment of fixtures and tooling required for production.

• Coordinate with the 3D Development team to follow up on projects and resolve technical issues.

• Monitor testing and prototyping activities through to part validation.

• Check the quality of completed work and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

• Identify production issues, propose solutions, and follow up on their implementation.

• Ensure the proper use of machines, equipment, and tools.

• Share technical knowledge and support the development of team members' skills.

• Ensure compliance with safety instructions, work organization, and production deadlines.

• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Practical experience in an industrial environment, ideally in mechanical production, prototyping, metal fabrication, or sheet metal work.

• Experience organizing work and supervising a team.

• Good knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and welding processes.

• Ability to understand technical drawings and work with a design or 3D development team.

• Practical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to solve technical problems.

• Good interpersonal skills, leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
