You have solid experience in modern recruiting, you are interested IT topics and working for a German IT company sounds interesting to you? Then we should get to know each other better.

We are an open-minded recruiting team with more than 10 colleagues who work with you from Germany. We are looking for candidates like Software Engineers, IT Consultants and Software Tester. But also for profiles like Finance Manager or Marketing Manager for our Corporate Services. You will be the first full time recruiter in TunisBut not the first person. More than 20 Tunisian colleagues wait already for you in our Tunisian office. So, you have a great opportunity to use your knowledge and your recruiting experience to build up our Tunisian team even further.

Our mission sounds easy: bringing the right people together. But it’s not. We don’t just ask every candidate the same standard questions. We try to understand what the candidates are looking for and if their goals are matching ours. The candidate must convince us. But we must also convince the candidate. Therefore, we are working closely with our hiring managers to get a better understanding about their needs. We try to understand the projects and the technical roles within them. So that we can give the candidates a better perspective and make in the end an informed decision ourselves.

But we do not only recruit people the whole day. Our responsibilities go beyond that. We establish new university cooperation’s, write and distribute job ads, test new tools, represent our company on different events and track our record. So that we can improve the candidate journey every day a little bit more.

Exigences de l'emploi

Your tasks:

  • You screen the applications, interview the candidates and bring them together with your hiring managers.
  • You think about the fitting sourcing strategy and get in touch with potential candidates in the social networks.
  • You look for job fairs and represent MaibornWolff there.
  • You establish new cooperation’s with universities or maintain existing ones.
  • You will be responsible for the candidate journey in the office.

Your experience:

  • You have a completed bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of human resource management.
  • You have hands-on experience with full life cycle recruiting, ideally in the IT recruiting environment.
  • You are experienced with interviews and sourcing strategies.
  • You ideally have experience with topics like job fairs or employer branding.
  • You speak fluent English. Ideally you speak also German or you are willing to learn it.
