Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
1) University level : education in electronics/industrial/ electrical/mechanical/engineering,
2) Professional experience – minimum 10 years. At least 5 years in a similar position
3) Fluent written and spoken English
4) Experience in the implementation of ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards
5) Very good knowledge of quality tools (8D, PDCA, QRQC, FMEA, control plan, 5 whys analysis, SPC,…)
6) Management of internal audits, customer audits and external audits
7) Good Leadership skills
8) Stress resistance
9) Organizational skills,
10) Very good communication skills.
12) Knowledge in PC ( CATS, PDM, SAP, Ms Office)
Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:
1- Manage quality team
2- Lead and manage the” Quality first” mentality
3- Build up and develop the ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949 and the ISO14001 certifications
4-Continuously improve the quality processes based on the given tools in the GMS
5- Handle the customers and internal non-conformities
6-Analyse non-conformities and initiate appropriate corrective actions
7-Plan and conduct internal audits
8- Lead, motivate and develop the quality team
9- Take responsibility for KPI‘s: customer claims, customer ppm, poor quality costs
10- Daily and monthly Reporting of quality KPI’s
11- Lead the continuous improvement process in the quality area
12- Deploy the GMS processes in all the plant
13- Support new production transfers from other H+S Sites to H+S Tunisia
14- Support training and education of employees in the quality field.

17- Waste management
18-Represents the management: ensures that the quality management system is defined, implemented and maintained. Gives feed back to the top management about effectiveness of the quality system and need for improvement. Ensures also that customer requirements are well communicated to the concerned employees and that these requirements and expectations are satisfied.
